“We have many more questions,” the grieving sister stated. “From the criminals — just finding justice. From the fire department — why didn’t you stop? Or why didn’t you return as soon as you heard the gunshot when you were at the end of the block?” Susana advised the outlet.
“It’s been a very difficult time trying to understand how somebody could do this to another human being,” she stated.
