A lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein sufferer Virginia Giuffre — who killed herself at her house in Australia — has forged doubt on her suicide, insisting, “We’ve got big question marks over it.”
Karrie Louden claimed the 41-year-old mom had proven no signal she wished to hurt herself earlier than she was discovered lifeless at her farm in Western Australia final Friday.
“When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’ Because there was no sign that that was something she was considering,” the lawyer instructed The Solar.
Louden, who had represented Giuffre since January, expressed skepticism over her household’s shock announcement she had taken her personal life.
“There’s suicide and then there’s misadventure,” Louden claimed.
“I didn’t see her in the room. I wasn’t in there. The family said what the family has said but I’m not going to speculate whether it was suicide or accidental.”
Giuffre’s dying got here simply weeks after she took to social media to say she had simply “days to live” after allegedly being injured in a March 24 collision with a college bus.
Giuffre, who was allegedly sex-trafficked by Epstein to have intercourse with the UK’s Prince Andrew when she was a teen, had posted a photograph of herself mendacity in a hospital mattress lined in bruises.
“She was in a lot of pain but she was looking forward to things in the future,” her lawyer insisted.
“She wanted to renovate this house and all sorts of things like that.”
It comes after her household launched a press release confirming information of her dying, saying “She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.”
“She was the light that lifted so many survivors,” the assertion continued. “Despite all the adversity she faced in her life, she shone so bright. She will be missed beyond measure.”
