The paper reported Thursday that the Trump Administration is weighing whether or not it may pull the plug on “a key federal authorization” granted by the Biden administration final 12 months. The worth pricing program, signed within the waning days of 2024 by the state, native and federal departments of transportation, was the ultimate sign-off required to authorize this system, income from which is required by legislation to again bonds funding the MTA’s capital program.
