A New York transgender faculty monitor athlete has been accused of bragging about beating organic females after she posted footage of herself annihilating fellow opponents whereas carrying defective footwear.
Sadie Schreiner, who’s on the woman’s roster on the Rochester Institute of Know-how, shared a clip over the weekend that confirmed her storming to victory at a latest faculty monitor meet.
Within the video, the trans runner will be seen surging forward of her 4 fellow athletes as somebody shouts “Go Sadie” within the background.
“Not the race I was looking for at all this week, my spikes nearly fell off on the turn and with a poor start my time wasn’t nearly what I wanted,” Schreiner posted alongside the video.
“The good news is that the season just started, and I’m going to leave everything on the track at nationals.”
Critics had been fast to lash out, accusing the athlete of gloating about obliterating fellow opponents born biologically feminine.
“Proud of you for beating women who are a foot shorter and 60lbs lighter with a 2ft smaller stride and half the muscle mass. You didn’t look like you had it in you still,” one particular person commented.
“Really proud of you to push through,” one other quipped.
“Love trans [people] but this hurts to watch, decent run but competing against biological females + potentially taking away a scholarship discredits their hard work and discounts your physical ability,” one other particular person wrote.
“A separate division for trans athletes would make much more sense at the collegiate level given the prominence of trans athletes.”
