Chrissy Sarnowsky is just not mincing phrases about her former “Survivor 48” tribemates.
The 54-year-old fireplace lieutenant blasted the “Strong 5” alliance of David Kinne, Joe Hunter, Eva Erickson, Shauhin Davari and Kyle Fraser in her unique interview with The Publish Thursday, calling their vow to play the sport honorably “total bulls–t.”
“If hear honest integrity one more time out of any of their mouths, or if I had a dollar for every time I heard honest integrity,” Sarnowsky stated after she was voted out throughout Wednesday’s episode.
“I look at Eva and Joe and I’m like, ‘Okay, maybe they were being honest and had integrity with each other.’ What the hell does that do for my game? That just makes you even stronger that you’re saying you’re going to be honest with each other,” she defined.
“But as far as everybody else, you’re not being honest with anybody. So don’t be… and David liked to use that word, too,” she continued. “And I’m like, ‘You’re not being trustworthy both!’ It was hypocritical in my eyes.“
Sarnowsky advised The Publish that her heated confrontation with Kinne, 39, at tribal council was worse than what was proven.
“At one point he was like yelling at me,” she stated. “And I remember turning around going, ‘Who are you yelling at?’ Because David is not that person. David is so sweet and so kind and really a gentleman with women. And to hear him yelling at me during that point, I was like, ‘Oh, f–k, I lost it.’”
Sarnowsky additionally addressed Erickson’s unwillingness to work along with her throughout the recreation.
“I tried to pull her aside because I love hockey. I’ve had season tickets for the Chicago Blackhawks. Big hockey fan. So I thought maybe that would go well,” Sarnowsky defined. “But once we merged, she was already in tight with Joe and Shauhin. And she had David now, so she didn’t need me.”
“I had asked her one time who she was voting for. And she said, ‘Whoever Joe’s voting for,’” Sarnowsky recalled. “And I was just like, ‘Really?’ That was her game, and I was like, whatever. I really didn’t want anything to do with her, to be honest.”
Sarnowsky confessed that she was “salty” and “pissed” at Kinne when she received voted out as a result of she blamed him for not working with the opposite unique Civa members (Sarnowsky, Fraser, Kamilla Karthigesu and Mitch Guerra) to grow to be the brand new majority alliance.
“There was so much going on behind the scenes that I didn’t know about. But at the time, I really thought it was all David’s fault,” she stated. “So I was pissed at David, but I was ready to go.”
“There was such a disparity in camp,” Sarnowsky continued. “There were two fire pits. The strong people were sleeping by the one fire pit and it was roaring. They had a big log. And then all us weak people, we had little sticks. We’re freezing at night and they’re warm and to me it was just so obvious.”
