Shannon Sharpe threw a 100-mph fastball on the Cowboys.
After the Cowboys acquired shellacked, 34-10, at dwelling by the Texans on Monday to fall to 3-7, star wideout CeeDee Lamb and defensive again Trevon Diggs have been noticed partying in a membership and apparently filming a music video.
On his “Nightcap” podcast with Chad Ochocinco, Sharpe eviscerated the franchise from proprietor Jerry Jones on down over a scarcity of management.
“That’s why your Cowboys suck — because two of their best players, this is what they’re doing,” Sharpe advised Ochocinco.
“That shows you how much the game of football means to them. That told me everything I need to know! I see better than I hear.”
Sharpe mentioned that was a phrase his grandfather used to say, admonishing children if actions didn’t match phrases.
“Everybody talks about winning, but do you take the steps in order to win?” Sharpe requested.
“How is partying — you bought your ass kicked! I might’ve left the stadium with a bag over my head! Ain’t no manner you’ll see me leaving the stadium once I acquired beat like that. After I’ve gotten beat like that each recreation! … And also you do that?!
“It’s disrespectful. It’s disrespectful to the fans who pay their hard-earned money. But you know what, it couldn’t happen to a better franchise. Because all that owner do is run his mouth and talk about what they’re gonna do … And all their players do, because they take it from the owner, is run their mouth — and they ain’t won dog crap. None of them!”
Sharpe questioned who was the chief on the workforce, whether or not it’s Lamb, Diggs or quarterback Dak Prescott, whose season is over after hamstring surgical procedure.
“They got no leaders, Ocho. That is the problem that the Cowboys have,” Sharpe mentioned. “They’re devoid of leadership from top to bottom.”
