Chris Drury has agreed to a multi-year contract extension, the Rangers introduced on Wednesday.
Drury has been the Blueshirts GM and president since 2021 and the group has posted a 193-105-30 file in 328 regular-season video games since that date.
The extension comes after a chaotic season for the Rangers, the place the membership missed the playoffs and completed with a 39–36-7 file. The 12 months prior, they received the Presidents’ Trophy and reached the Jap Convention finals.
“Over his tenure, Chris has shown passion for the Rangers, relentless work ethic, and a tireless pursuit of excellence. While we are all disappointed in what transpired this past season, I am confident in his ability to guide this organization to success,” Rangers proprietor James Dolan mentioned in an announcement.
