Actress Kim Delaney, was arrested on felony assault fees, Fox Information Digital confirmed.
In response to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division, deputies from the Marina Del Rey Station responded to a home disturbance at Delaney’s residence on Saturday at roughly 9:45 a.m.
After an investigation by deputies, Delaney was arrested for an assault with a lethal weapon and her associate, James Morgan, was arrested for battery.
Delaney was booked into the Marina del Rey Sheriff’s Station at 10:15 a.m. and charged with assault, more likely to produce gross bodily harm.
The “NYPD Blue” actress was assigned to the station at 11:30 a.m., and remains to be detained, based on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division (LASD).
Morgan bailed out on a $20,000 bond on Saturday. Each Delaney and Morgan are scheduled to seem in court docket on April 1.
