New York Metropolis’s 264th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade kicked off at 11 a.m. on forty third Road. It’s estimated 2 million spectators and 150,000 marchers – together with the mayor and governor of New York – line fifth Avenue for the occasion. Michael Benn, the longtime chairman of the Queens County St. Patrick’s Parade held in Rockaway Seashore, is that this 12 months’s Grand Marshall.
