A New York driver was killed Sunday afternoon when he plowed into a number of bushes after veering off a New Jersey county freeway, after which rolled over.
Andrew Slagle, 25, of Westtown, in Schuyler County, was driving alongside State Route 284 in Wantage Township, N.J. about 2 p.m. when he careened off the highway and overturned after slamming into the bushes, a state police spokesman informed NJ.com.
Slagle was the one one within the automobile, and no different autos have been concerned, police mentioned. The reason for the crash was underneath investigation.
Westtown and Wantage lie on both facet of the New York-New Jersey border, about 10 miles east of Port Jervis, the junction the place each states border Pennsylvania.
