Austin Tanner, an aspiring nation music singer, has a warrant out for his arrest after allegedly violating his bond circumstances by attending the 2024 CMA Awards.
On Nov. 26, an Alabama choose issued a warrant for Tanner’s arrest, days after the singer traveled from Alabama to Nashville to attend the awards present Nov. 20 with out in search of the courtroom’s approval, in accordance with paperwork obtained by Fox Information Digital.
Tanner, who was indicted on two counts of insurance coverage fraud and tried theft of property in April, was launched on $20,000 bond and was to not “depart the state without leave of court,” the paperwork state.

On Nov. 21, Tanner took to social media to share a photograph of him and spouse Skyla on the pink carpet on the CMAs.
“First CMA Awards. Last night was nothing short of magical as we walked the red carpet at the CMA Awards. This moment marked a dream come true!” he captioned his publish.
In a press release to Fox Information Digital, Cell County District Lawyer Keith Blackwood mentioned, “Bond conditions exist to ensure the safety of the community and the integrity of the justice system. When those conditions are violated, offenders must be held accountable.”
Tanner’s lawyer didn’t instantly reply to Fox Information Digital’s request for remark.
A listening to for a movement to revoke Tanner’s bond was scheduled for Dec. 4.
