Kate Hudson isn’t one to shrink back from sharing intimate particulars about her life — even when it entails the bed room.
The “Almost Famous” actress, 45, opened up about her intercourse life in a brand new interview with Bustle journal, the place she described working alongside beefcakes like Max Greenfield, Justin Theroux, Jay Ellis and Toby Sandeman in Netflix’s upcoming comedy collection “Running Point,” a “dream” come true.
Naturally, the dialog moved from her hunky male co-stars to her intercourse life, wherein she shared that the “best part about sex in your 40s, honestly, is the freedom.”
“Sex isn’t supposed to be pretty,” the mother of three defined, “and I think that when you get older you kind of have more fun with that.”
Hudson has been engaged to musician Danny Fujikawa since 2021.
The “Bride Wars” star mentioned that regardless of their dedication to one another, Fujikawa, 38, “can handle” her flirty nature — even when it’s directed at different individuals.
“I’m the biggest flirt on the planet. So I think anybody who’s ever been with me is very aware that I flirt with everybody — girls, boys,” Hudson informed Bustle within the interview revealed on Tuesday. “Thank God Danny is my partner. He can handle this. I met the right guy.”
The rom-com star has at all times been an open e-book on the subject of intimacy, even speaking about intercourse together with her well-known mother, Goldie Hawn, 79, who spilled her secret to maintaining her 40-year relationship with Kurt Russell spicy in 2024.

“Oh, that’s right,” Hudson chimed in. “And then she said, ‘Sex is so much fun. But it’s better when it’s with one person.’ And that was a good lesson.”
She recalled Hawn attempting to pry about her intercourse life when she received older.
“You were trying to engage and asking, like, what was going on with me sexually,” Hudson informed her mother. “I was like, ‘Mom, let’s just say that I’m kind of a sexually-oriented type of personality.’ And she goes, ‘Please, I have known that since you were 2 years old.’ I was like, ‘Mom!’”
Hudson has three youngsters.
She shares daughter Rani, 6, together with her fiancé, son Bingham, 3, with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and her first son, Ryder, 21, together with her ex-husband, The Black Crowes’ Chris Robinson, whom she was married to from 2000 till 2007.
