A husband and spouse have been killed when their small airplane crashed in Georgia quickly after communications went silent after takeoff, officers mentioned.
James Hardee, 62, and Janet Hardee, a 59-year-old instructor, died when their single-engine Rockwell Commander went down round 11:40 pm on Saturday close to Covington Municipal Airport, about 40 miles from downtown Atlanta.
The airplane took off simply after 11 p.m. when it instantly misplaced contact with air visitors controllers, the Covington Police Division mentioned. The Hardees have been the one individuals on board, cops mentioned.
