The unlawful immigrant accused of torching a sleeping girl on a Brooklyn subway practice was formally indicted in court docket for homicide and arson on Friday morning.
Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, 33, an undocumented migrant from Guatemala, waived his look in court docket as he was indicted on first and second diploma homicide and one rely of arson for the horrifying Sunday killing aboard the F practice.
