The Giants agreed to phrases Friday with special-teams-first linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles and defensive sort out Jeremiah Ledbetter, The Submit confirmed.
Flannigan-Fowles, 28, has 96 profession tackles — plus one sack and one interception in his restricted defensive function — in 73 video games over 5 seasons with the 49ers.
Ledbetter, 30, is coming off his most efficient season.
