Deion Sanders’ previous feedback about having his son Shedeur pull an Eli Manning are already creating issues because the NFL draft order almost units itself in stone.
Sanders seems to have seen some hypothesis that he’s already plotting to carry out his sons from enjoying on sure groups.
“It will be multiple IDIOTS that will say things that totally aren’t true regarding where I would like @ShedeurSanders & @ShiloSanders to play in the @nfl. If I say it I will say it directly to whom it may concern not a attention seeker. I do know @nflcommish personally! [Mic] drop,” Sanders wrote on X on Monday.
“They’ve already started the lying and positioning but they forgot I got TIME TODAY,” Sanders added.
Whereas it’s unclear what particularly Sanders is referring to. There was a tweet earlier Monday from a troll account that impersonates a reporter, which said that Shedeur isn’t concerned about enjoying for the Titans or Browns, who at the moment personal the Nos. 2 and three picks within the draft, respectively.
Sanders has beforehand mentioned that Shedeur and Heisman Trophy-winning cornerback/extensive receiver Travis Hunter will solely play on sure groups once they enter the draft.
“Top four,” Sanders mentioned in March 2024 when requested the place he thinks Shedeur and Hunter can be drafted. “Wherever from one by 4. One in all them goes to be [number] one… And the latter one won’t go behind 4.
“Now, all of this is subjective because I know where I kinda want them to go, and let’s not forget [Buffaloes safety] Shilo [Sanders], but I know where I want them to go. So, there are certain cities that ain’t gonna happen… It’s going to be an Eli [Manning]. We ain’t doing it.”
The Patriots are at the moment slated to select No. 1, adopted by the Titans, Browns and Giants.
