A Costco-brand chilly and flu medication has been pulled from cabinets “due to potential foreign material contamination.”
A discover shared on the retail large’s web site says the recall of Kirkland Signature Extreme Chilly & Flu Plus Congestion entails merchandise quantity #1729556 with particular lot code P140082, which was offered at choose areas within the Midwest and southeast.
