A 4-month-old child was gunned down alongside his younger mother in a broad-daylight drive-by taking pictures in Hartford, Conn.
Little Messiah Diaz was inside a automobile along with his 20-year-old mother Jessica Mercado and an unidentified man round 3 p.m. Tuesday when one other automobile pulled up and somebody opened fireplace, in response to cops.
All three had been dropped off at an area hospital with gunshot wounds.
The mother and child died from their accidents whereas the 20-year-old man is recovering from non-life-threatening accidents, in response to the Hartford Courant.
“Horrible, absolutely horrible. It’s all I can say about that,” Lt. Aaron Boisvert informed NBC Connecticut.
The motive behind the taking pictures was not instantly clear and it was not clear who was the meant goal. It’s being investigated as a double murder, in response to police.
