Blake Energetic has filed a second lawsuit towards Justin Baldoni, The Submit can verify.
The actress, 37, is suing her “It Ends with Us” co-star and director, alleging he triggered her to undergo “severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration, and mental anguish” along with misplaced wages. TMZ was first to report the information.
Energetic filed her lawsuit towards Baldoni, 41, and others on Tuesday in a New York federal court docket. “It Ends with Us,” the blockbuster film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, was filmed primarily in New York.
Energetic is looking for punitive damages at “an amount to be determined at trial.”
Attorneys for Energetic supplied a press release to The Submit following information of the actress’ newest lawsuit.
“Earlier today, Ms. Lively filed a federal complaint against Wayfarer Studios and others in the Southern District of New York,” the assertion started, referring to the studio that produced “It Ends with Us.”

Ms. Lively has brought this litigation in New York, where much of the relevant activities described in the Complaint took place, but we reserve the right to pursue further action in other venues and jurisdictions as appropriate under the law.”
Energetic’s reps additionally referred The Submit to a press release the actress gave on Dec. 21 after she filed her first grievance.
