A Lengthy Island sicko who allegedly downloaded hundreds of disturbing photographs and movies of infants and children being sexually abused is now again on the streets due to New York’s lax bail reform legal guidelines.
Richard L. Wolffe, Jr. 39, was busted after officers from the Suffolk County Police Division acquired a tip that the accused creep had uploaded sexually specific photographs of kids to his cloud storage, in response to the Suffolk County District Legal professional’s Workplace.
Whereas executing a search warrant, officers seized a number of digital units, together with an exterior exhausting drive from Wolffe’s bed room, containing greater than 5,000 photographs and movies of kids below the age of 10 performing intercourse acts.

Wolffe was arrested on Aug. 23, 2023, after members of the division’s digital forensic unit discovered his nauseating digital stockpile.
He was arraigned on Thursday on the sickening prices and positioned on supervised launch, prosecutors stated.
If convicted, Wolffe faces as much as 4 years in jail.
He’s due again in court docket on Dec. 20.
