Brittany Walker, 34, and Samuel Payton, 62, have been arraigned Wednesday on torture and assault costs for the violent ambush that unfolded at a Detroit condo on Jan. 29, in accordance with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Workplace, Fox 2 reported.
Prosecutors stated an argument between the accused assailants and the 44-year-old sufferer escalated when the unhinged pair tortured the disabled man after which pressured him to ingest the chemical poison.
