Elisabeth Moss, 42, revealed that she requested for her character’s underwear as a souvenir after the ultimate season of “The Handmaid’s Tale” completed filming final month — solely to be taught that an unknown crew member had already requested the customized undergarments.
Moss, who performs June Osborne within the hit Hulu sequence, advised the shocking story on the Tuesday, March 25, episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
The Emmy-winning actress stated that she made the request in a production-wide electronic mail, which was when she discovered a thriller crew member had already overwhelmed her to it.
“Wait a minute. This is your custom underwear that you wore, and some creep on the staff requested it — in writing requested it?” Kimmel, 57, responded. “Like, ‘I want Elisabeth’s underpants. I’m gonna take ’em home. I’m gonna put ’em in storage for a while.’”
Although the sixth and closing season of “The Handmaid’s Tale” wrapped filming on Feb. 10, Moss stated that she nonetheless doesn’t know who the crew member who needed her character’s underwear was.
“I don’t wanna know,” she stated.
“I went to work with these people!” Moss added when pressed by Kimmel. “I don’t wanna know who wants my underwear! I didn’t think anyone would want it!”

“At the end of the season, maybe you can tack on a little post-show on Hulu in which you reveal who took the underwear,” the comic added. “It’ll be like ‘The Bachelor Men Tell All’ special.”
However whereas Moss was unable to attain all of the souvenirs she needed from the set of “The Handmaid’s Tale,” the actress did affirm that she was in a position to take some particular objects house from the set of “Mad Men” after its closing season in Could 2015.
