A drone operated by a resort visitor crashed into Midtown’s Hilton Lodge early Friday — leaving particles behind that prompted a shutdown of the block, legislation enforcement sources mentioned.
The unidentified resort patron was flying the drone round 3 a.m. when it struck the resort on Sixth Avenue close to West 53rd Road, the sources mentioned.
