A person from Texas and a girl from Reseda have been arrested within the killing of a Woodland Hills physician whose physique was discovered exterior his clinic by his automobile this summer season, police introduced on Tuesday night, Dec. 10.
Los Angeles police stated Dr. Hamid Mirshojae was ambushed and shot by a single gunman after leaving his medical follow within the 5900 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard on August 23.
The suspect then fled on foot to an awaiting automobile, authorities stated.
Evan Hardman, a 41-year-old resident of Tomball, Texas, and Ashley Rose Sweeting, 40, of Reseda, have been each arrested on Tuesday.
Hardman was arrested within the higher Houston space of Texas and Sweeting was arrested within the San Fernando Valley. Each have been booked on suspicion of homicide. No costs have been filed but.
The LAPD Valley murder bureau made the arrests. Extra businesses offering help included the USA Postal Inspection Service, the Harris County Sheriff’s Division in Texas, whose officers took Hardman into custody, and the Houston Police Division, LAPD stated.
