A Massachusetts man killed his aged roommate on Thanksgiving for standing “too close” to the vacation unfold as a result of he “often sneezes,” in line with studies.
Frank Griswold, 80, was going into the kitchen to clean dishes Thursday when his roommate Richard Lombardi, 65, fatally threw him to the bottom, Plymouth County District Lawyer’s Workplace alleged, in line with court docket paperwork obtained by WCVB.
Lombardi, 65, and Griswold argued earlier within the day in regards to the older roommate standing close to the meals because it was being cooked, the outlet reported.
In an interview with police, Lombardi mentioned that Griswold “often sneezes” and he didn’t need something to “contaminate the food.”

Lombardi instructed police he returned to the kitchen and located Griswold “too close” to the meals and shoved him away and “surmised that Frank Griswold’s feet got tangled up, and he fell and hit his head on the floor,” WCVB reported.
When the older man didn’t rise up, Lombardi referred to as 911.
An unconscious Griswold was discovered “laying face-up on the floor in the kitchen in a pool of blood” by first responders, prosecutors instructed the court docket, per the outlet.
