Invoice Ackman declared that Yale College is “no different than Hamas” and that the Ivy League college is “potentially even more dangerous” than the Palestinian terrorist group.
The billionaire hedge fund supervisor printed a submit that went viral on his X account. It quotes “a friend” who was “asked to write a recommendation for his daughter who is applying to Yale.”
The unnamed “friend” wrote that they have been unable to write down the letter as a result of they “no longer” are keen to have interaction Yale.
“You wouldn’t ask me to write a letter of recommendation for her admission to Hamas,” Ackman wrote, including that the college was “no different than Hamas” as a result of it’s a “cult that abides no disagreement, and a cult certain of its purpose and mission beyond reflection.”
The submit goes on to assert that Yale is “potentially even more dangerous” as a result of whereas the Palestinian group that carried out the Oct. 7, 2023 bloodbath of Israelis “will be defeated shortly,” Yale “will continue to send its graduates into positions of power for years.”
The “friend” cited by Ackman wrote that the possible scholar “won’t learn” the “essential life skill” of getting the “ability to change your mind” at Yale or “any Ivy League school.”
“Their reputations are still so strong that their faculty, staff and graduates all possess the arrogant certainty of religious fanatics,” Ackman wrote.
The Submit has sought remark from Yale.
Yale is certainly one of scores of faculty campus that have been roiled by protests and demonstrations by college students denouncing Israeli navy strikes in Gaza following the Oct. 7, 2023 bloodbath by Hamas terrorists.
The next Israeli retaliation, which is estimated to have killed tens of hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza, sparked calls from college students at Yale and different faculties to divest from corporations that do enterprise with Israel.
In April, Yale college students arrange a “Liberation Zone” encampment on campus — much like the tent protests at Columbia College, whose administration requested the NYPD to arrest college students collaborating in demonstrations.
