“Barbie” is still making a pretty penny.
The fantasy comedy starring Margot Robbie is still partying on its second week in theaters and raked in $29 million on Friday alone, according to IMDB’s Box Office Mojo.
The Greta Gerwig-directed flick, which opened on July 21, made more than $200 million at the domestic box office in its first five days in theaters, according to Forbes.
The film The Post called “lousy” beat out “Oppenheimer,” which debuted on the same day, for the second week in a row.
The Christopher Nolan biopic landed in second place with $13.4 million in sales. It’s already made its mark as the biggest July opener in IMAX’s history, according to Yahoo Finance.
“Haunted Mansion,” which opened on Friday, came in third, earning $9.9 million.
The Post called the flick, which stars notable names like Jamie Lee Curtis, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito and Rosario Dawson, part of a “haunted franchise.”
The supernatural horror film “Talk to Me,” which was also released on Friday, came in fourth with a roughly $4.2 million take.
It is the directorial debut of twin brothers from Australia, Danny and Michael Philippou, who run a YouTube channel filled with comedy-horror videos.
“Sound of Freedom,” which was in the No. 3 spot last Friday, fell to fifth, taking home $4 million.
